1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the rtv777 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at rtv777.net.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rtv777 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the rtv777 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's rtv777 account wallet, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by rtv777.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on rtv777, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the rtv777 platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future applications.

rtv777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on rtv777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

rtv777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) rtv777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account on rtv777, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Complete the KYC identity verification process when requested by rtv777. Acceptable identification documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or Voter's ID.
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

rtv777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rtv777 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password for your rtv777 account that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify rtv777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

rtv777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified rtv777 of a security breach prior to such activity.

rtv777 employs SSL encryption and other security measures to protect your account and personal data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rtv777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• rtv777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• rtv777 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency or credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the rtv777 account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take up to five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected.
• rtv777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for details.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

rtv777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• rtv777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• rtv777 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other prohibited conduct.

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the rtv777 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all rtv777 games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer.
• rtv777 does not manipulate game outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be declared void and any wager refunded to the Player's account balance.
• rtv777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. rtv777 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rtv777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account on rtv777.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the rtv777 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the rtv777 platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or rtv777 staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

rtv777 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the rtv777 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of rtv777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rtv777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any rtv777 content without prior written consent.
• Using rtv777 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Creating derivative works based on rtv777 platform content or software.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtv777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond rtv777's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain account security.
• The content or conduct of third-party game providers whose games are accessible through the rtv777 platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit rtv777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

rtv777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Responsible Gaming

rtv777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from rtv777 may request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account settings.

rtv777 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any deposits returned.

13. Account Termination

rtv777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A Player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• rtv777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting rtv777 customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, Players should first contact rtv777 customer support. rtv777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

rtv777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rtv777 will notify Players by posting a notice on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the rtv777 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
